This enchanted little waterfall seemed to be moving at the "perfect speed" naturally creating a smooth look to the rocks (of course the long exposure smoothed out the water even more) While post processing this image I decided to give the water a almost neon glow.
Walking around the Petit-Chanmplain District in Old Quebec City at night was a real treat. I spent most of my time wandering around with a hot chocolate, soaking in the moment... I did have rain gear on so I was not literally soaked :) If you ever travel to Old Quebec and it's raining at night... throw on a poncho and take a stroll, It well worth it!
